Where are solutions hosted?
Cloud by default (AWS/Azure/GCP). We can deploy in your cloud account, ours, or a preferred regional provider to meet data residency or compliance needs.
Who owns the IP?
For single-tenant builds like Ekijen Shops, you own your data, content, and customizations. Platform core remains licensed; custom deliverables can be assigned per contract.
Can you migrate our existing catalog/data?
Yes. We support CSV/API imports for products, customers, orders, and media. We’ll provide a mapping template and run a test migration before going live.
Do you integrate with payment, SMS, and email providers?
Absolutely. We support popular gateways (cards, transfers, wallets), and plug into SMS/email providers for campaigns and notifications—plus webhooks & APIs for custom flows.
How long does a typical implementation take?

How are change requests handled?
We log CRs, estimate impact, and get written approval before development. Minor tweaks may be included within sprint capacity; larger items become new milestones.
